Made from 3 16 thick 1018 carbon steel, this griddle is the perfect companion for the stove top, the grill top, or the camp fire! Over all length with the handle tabs is 21 1 4 inches and overall width is 12 3 4. The bottom cooking area is 17 x 10 1 2 inches. The griddle will come preseason, but as with all carbon steel will need to be cared for exactly like our pans!
