These are rare and powerful cards that are limited to just a single copy per deck

I like it a lot in four or five color decks in this role, but in three or fewer colors it hardly seems necessary

Obviously, time travel allows you to speed up this process (or even slow it down, if that's your wish)

The other ability is fairly expensive, but if you have the mana to sink into it, it certainly makes your Incubator a lot scarier
