That's just speculation, but it's just a cool item from Magic history that not a lot of people have or can get their hands on. The lots also include an empty box for second MTG expansion Antiquities, released in 1994, bundled with original wrappers for some of the boxs boosters
It would make more sense to have more tutors for artifacts in decks instead, since a tutor for artifacts can search for both Vehicles as well as other types of artifacts (hint: Boommobile can combo off with two other artifacts Cogwork Assembler and Panharmonicon)
Still, it's cool that a druid's main capability being able to shapeshift is well represented here, albeit in a mechanic that definitely isn't how it works in Dungeon's & Dragons

Reds card draw is usually discard and draw or exile and being able to play from exile until the end of turn or the end of the next turn
