Backgrounds that you play as part of your 99 still need to follow your commanders color identity to be played in the deck

it lets you withdraw a wounded Pokemon and deny the other player points, but it also requires you to give up a precious Energy card

My Verdict: While it wont fit in every deck, Sunforger is a neat little piece of equipment that ensures you always have the card you need
