This is by design and it's a trade-off between speed and usability: when the whole process ends, in each position you'll have different cards, but they will be grouped by title/set
Feather, the Redeemed, Firesong and Sunspeaker decks will very much appreciate this card as theyre only other options for recursion are other spells, or the six mana alternatives listed above
While this can be situationally powerful, especially if your opponent is running the likes of Yargle and Multani, its often difficult to leverage effectively in a multiplayer setting where threats can come from multiple angles
You can pair it with the new Niv-Mizzet or Rakdos, Lord of Riots for some truly disgusting value swings
Ashiok, Dream Render shuts those cards down while serving as graveyard interaction and a self-mill enabler, making this planeswalker one of the best Dimir cards overall
