If you are all Rampant Growth and Wall of Roots then Jitte isn't great at all but if it all Lotus Cobra and Llanowar Elf then Jitte is pretty solid
Search its owner's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as that card and exile them
The difference is more significant because wildcard bundle has nothing else beyond those wildcard while booster pack option provide tons of booster pack contents
MTG has been quite hesitant at playing around with limiting cards with mana-generation mechanics, which I think is ultimately for the best
Best case, this becomes a key sideboard card and spikes to like $10 at some point
