It's just one more mana than Gilded Lotus but this is better - it's more artifacts for those decks that care about artifacts, it's indestructible, it can tap for multiple colors of mana rather than just one, and so forth
I love it in Naya and I love it when paired with blue in Simic or white in Selesnya, but on its own
